The advice, strategies, and tools shared in this session are provided in good faith for general professional development purposes. Results are not guaranteed, and individual circumstances vary. Any group discussions are to remain confidential. Screenshots, recordings, or sharing participant stories is prohibited without consent.
Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to act respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and avoid disrupting learning environments. We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these expectations without refund.
No Recording or Sharing of Materials

Participants may not record any part of the session, nor share materials with others not enrolled in the program.

Any unauthorised distribution, duplication or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Your registration is for one individual only.

Materials are not licensed for whole-school or staff-wide use.

Schools must request explicit written permission for group use, leadership training, or reproduction in internal documents.
Support Scope
Support during and after sessions is limited to the inclusions outlined in the specific program offering. We are not responsible for extended mentoring unless expressly agreed in writing.
Changes to Schedule or Content
The Mentoring Academy PTY LTD reserves the right to amend session times, presenters, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of significant changes with reasonable notice.
Australian Consumer Law
These terms do not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. We will comply with any requirement to provide a remedy where the service is not delivered as promised, in line with Australian law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising will be handled in accordance with applicable laws in this jurisdiction.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mentoring Academy PTY LTD from any claims, damages or legal actions resulting from your breach of these terms.
Variation of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
Eligibility & Expectations
Participants are expected to be early-career educators, registered in Australia, unless otherwise approved. We reserve the right to decline bookings if eligibility is not met.
Force Majeure Clause
We are not liable for disruptions caused by external events such as illness, natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, sessions may be postponed or delivered in alternative formats.
Feedback & Testimonials
Participant feedback may be used in promotional material unless you request in writing not to be included.
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any offering by The Mentoring Academy PTY LTD, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
